By using trustinrob.com and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Trust in Rob provides technology consulting, smart home setup, workflow automation, tech training, security audits, energy optimization, and related services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed before work begins.

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to systems and locations as needed, timely communication, and payment as agreed. You are responsible for backing up your data before any technical work where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust in Rob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for third-party hardware, software, or services outside our direct control.

Website content (text, graphics, logos, articles) is owned by Trust in Rob or its licensors. Custom configurations delivered as part of a paid engagement are licensed to you for personal or business use as agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified per project. Deposits may be required before work starts; balances are typically due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reasonable interest or suspension of work.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. You pay for work completed to the termination date. Refunds for unused deposits are at our discretion based on costs already incurred.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
